Job description

Shift times – 8a – 4p, 3 weekdays a week (flexible but must include either Monday OR Friday)
Dates – Mid-April start, ongoing
Census – 16-18 ppd
Credentialing Timeframe – 30 days
EMR - Epic
Shift Information for Sales Ops: Please build 3 days a week starting April 20
More Information: 20 minute followup, 40 minute new patient visits. All outpatient, no inpatient. No rounding, no weekends, no call. MUST have IL license and clean background.
