Locums Rheumatology NP/PA Needed in Portland, OR

Specialty: Rheumatology APP
Schedule: We are looking for a provider with full time availability to cover at the clinic located on the Providence Portland Medical Center Campus. They would need to be available 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month (8am- 5pm, Monday-Friday). There is a one hour lunch built in from 12-1.

· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 15
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Direct patient care for Rheumatology patients
· Practice Setting: Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active OR License Only
· Minimum experience required: 1 year
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
