📋 Contract Details

🔹 100% remote locum tenens assignment
🔹 Hospital-based inpatient coverage
🔹 Multiple openings available
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
🔹 Assignment Length: 13+ weeks with ongoing need
🔹 Schedule:
  🔹 Weekdays: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM PT (9-hour shift)
  🔹 Alternate weekday option: 5:00 PM–12:00 AM PT
  🔹 Weekend evenings: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM PT
🔹 No call required
🔹 Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
🔹 Emergency privileges available in as little as 14 days for qualified providers

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope

🔹 Hospital-based inpatient practice
🔹 Remote coverage supporting a Southern California hospital
🔹 Emergency Department imaging coverage
🔹 Interpret approximately 120–130 studies per 9-hour shift (up to 150)
🔹 Modalities include CT, X-ray, MRI, and Ultrasound
🔹 No Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac Imaging, or Breast Imaging
🔹 Body Imaging experience preferred
🔹 Prostate MRI interpretation is a major plus
🔹 Providers work independently from 6:00 PM–12:00 AM PT
🔹 Comfortable interpreting occasional pediatric trauma studies
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Dedicated hospital support staff

📋 Candidate Requirements

🔹 Active, unrestricted California medical license
🔹 Board Certified
🔹 Minimum of 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience
🔹 Epic experience required
🔹 DEA required
🔹 BLS or ACLS certification
🔹 Exceptionally clean malpractice and background history with no claims or disciplinary actions
