🟢 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

🟢 Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No call

Vacation coverage dates needed:
June 22–26, 2026
August 3–7, 2026
One flexible week in November (not Thanksgiving week)

📋 Requirements
🟢 Board Certification: Required
🟢 State License: Active Washington license or IMLC required
🟢 Fellowship: Preferred
🕒 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
