About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to adults with depression and anxiety disorders in an outpatient federal facility setting. The clinician will conduct initial evaluations lasting one hour each and provide follow-up sessions of 30 minutes duration while maintaining a caseload of 6-10 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and maintaining thorough documentation during full-time day shift hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position requires no call coverage and focuses on serving adult patients requiring outpatient mental health services.
