New Heights Behavioral Consultants’ is seeking a fully licensed therapist for our in-office group private practice. Our mission is to educate, empower, and to expand the provision of effective counseling techniques and interventions to address the specific needs of individuals and families; through culturally specific, clinically relevant strategies and practices that holistically meets their needs. Clinical Focus Areas (experience or strong interest in one or more is a plus):
• Child and adolescent therapy (play therapy, emotion regulation, CBT-based skills)
• Parenting and parent coaching (including Positive Discipline)
• Trauma therapy (EMDR, trauma-informed approaches)
• Children, Adolescents and Adults
• Couples and family therapy

Responsibilities
• Provide counseling services within your scope of practice in office for group private practice
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and individualized treatment planning
• Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate documentation in the EHR
• Participate in consultation and team collaboration as appropriate
• Provide warm, professional, and high-quality client care
• This role is well suited for fully licensed clinicians interested in continued professional development.
