About the role
You will provide individual therapy to adults across Florida via BYT's secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Sessions are conducted remotely — work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. This position is built for therapists who want the flexibility of remote work with a steady caseload. BYT provides your clients, a state-of-the-art EHR (PsyNote), and billing specialists who handle all insurance claims with a 99% payment success rate. You focus on patients. We handle everything else. What you'll do
Provide individual therapy to adult patients via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
Treat a range of conditions: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, caregiver burnout, and self-esteem
Document patient interactions and progress in the EHR system accurately and on time
Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards in all remote interactions
Ensure a private, distraction-free environment for all teletherapy sessions
Respond reliably to patient communications between sessions as clinically appropriate
What we're looking for
Active Florida license: Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT
Experience with telehealth delivery preferred — not required
Proficiency with CBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based modalities
Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
Comfort with technology: EHR, video conferencing, and digital documentation
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
