Flex schedule - open to 1 week on 1 week off
Scheduled clinic only! 8a-5p

· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 16
Practice Setting
• Inpatient

Requirements
· Board Certification: BC only
· License required: Active or IMLC
· Minimum experience required:
· DEA: Required
· Fellowship: Preferred

• Open to is one week on and one week off!
