About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services via telehealth for adult forensic patients committed under not guilty by reason of insanity verdicts, working 40 hours per week during day shifts. Clinical responsibilities include rounding on an average of 24 patients, with each patient required to be seen at least once per month and every 90 days with the full multidisciplinary treatment team. The psychiatrist will operate within a maximum security unit environment and will contribute to updates of patient-centered recovery plans. No call requirements are associated with this assignment.
