Facility: A not-for-profit, community-owned multi-specialty hospital offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. Opportunity: Growing multi-specialty group practice is searching for an outpatient Psychiatrist to join their team of providers in northeastern Ohio Shift(s) Description: Monday through Friday How Many Psychiatrists in Your Group? 3 Provider will be working onsite outpatient only; no telehealth Well-defined referral source from our Employed & Affiliated Primary Care Physicians Community hospital fully accredited by the Joint Commission receiving several national recognitions from groups such as Leap Frog and Health Grades for their quality and patient safety Fully integrated EMR Reasonable Office On Call Requirements Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program Compensation: Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Guaranteed Salary for Years One and Two plus Bonus; Year three Productivity Model (Salary based on years of post-training experience, incremental to benefits). To be discussed further at interview.
