This outpatient community mental health clinic delivers psychiatric services to an adult population within a structured clinic-based setting. The facility maintains established clinical workflows to support continuity of outpatient psychiatric care delivery. A locum tenens psychiatrist is sought beginning in October for a period of 6 months.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services for adult patients at a community mental health clinic, working 4-5 days per week during day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities include conducting new psychiatric evaluations (60 minutes each) and medication management follow-up appointments (30 minutes each) for the adult population served. A hybrid schedule is available, with a minimum of 2 days per week required on-site and the remaining 2-3 days performed via telehealth. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
