Job description

• Inpatient - All Ages
• Board Certification required
• 7on/7off : 12 hour shifts
• 3-4 24 hour call shifts per 7 days on: covering consults, new admissions, discharges, emergencies.
• Providers in Unit: Adult inpatient psych has 2 units totaling 37 beds divided between 2 physicians and 2-3 residents, no APPs currently.
• Number of Beds: 37 total adult beds
• Average length of stay: 5-7 days
• 15-18 patients they are rounding on each day
• EMR: Meditech
• Average Adult admissions 5-7, daily discharges 4-5,, but at peak can see 8-10 admissions, 6-8 discharges.
