EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT IN SAN DIEGO CA - PSYCHIATRY

EAST COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH OUTPATIENT CLINIC – EL CAJON CA

-Can start someone by October ongoing. Want people that are committed to working ongoing (more than a year)...this contract has no end date and they use locums only. They will not offer this position to a perm doc.



Shift times: 8:00a-5p

Dates: Monday-Friday weekly

Census: 12-15 patients each day.

Approx. total caseload of 250 clients per MD with expected future census growth.

-30 minute appointments

-60 minute new patient evals

12-15 Patients per day

SmartCare EMR; Cerner is legacy system used for historical information.

-Team environment. RN's and mental health clinicians are very involved with patients. They want providers that are team players and willing to interact with the multidisciplinary team.

-25% no show rate so there is room for breaks or to catch up on notes

-No Weekends

-Need is ongoing

-Adults only

-Outpatient specialty mental health services; severely mentally ill population



-PAY RATE FOR THIS JOB IS $245/HR ALL-INCLUSIVE (NO TRAVEL AND LODGING
