Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a hybrid position with a multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn, NY.

This full-time role offers schedule flexibility with on-site presence required once per week.

Qualifications
✓ Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
✓ Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
✓ Active DEA registration
✓ Active Medicaid & Medicare provider status
✓ Minimum 2 years of PMHNP experience
✓ Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
✓ Must reside in the tri-state area

Key Responsibilities
✓ Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
✓ Diagnose and manage mental health and substance use disorders
✓ Develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans
✓ Provide psychopharmacological evaluations and medication management
✓ Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
✓ Provide psychotherapy and counseling using therapeutic communication
✓ Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results as needed
✓ Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records
✓ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
✓ Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and mental health wellness
✓ Participate in case conferences, clinical supervision, and continuing education
✓ Provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care
