Connecticut Valley Hospital (CVH), under the umbrella of the State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), is seeking a motivated and mission-driven individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Program Manager (PCN 80305). POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Work Shift: First shift, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Location: 500 Vine Street, Hartford, CT

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide day‑to‑day support for staff and behavioral health program operations.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance coordination of care.
- Assist program leadership in maintaining efficient workflows and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to efforts that improve patient care, treatment outcomes, and overall service quality.
- Help ensure that individuals receiving care experience safe, supportive, and high‑quality services.
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment aligned with behavioral healthcare best practices.

• Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Administration for our Addiction Services Division at Connecticut Valley Hospital in Middletown, CT
