This is Sergio Cayetano with Aya Locums. I’m reaching out to share a new Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation locum opportunity in the Midwest. See below for details:

📆 Coverage Needed: Select dates May – December (flexible scheduling)
🗓 Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
📞 Call: Every 3rd weekend (light rounding + call)

🏥 Practice Details
• Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day
• 💻 EMR: Epic (experience preferred)

🩺 Clinical Scope
• General bread-and-butter PM&R cases
• Inpatient rounding and patient management
• Weekend call includes in-person rounding (8a–4:30p) + remainder on call

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in PM&R
• Active Indiana license (or IMLC considered)
• Active DEA
