Physiatrist opportunity available in Indiana
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 + rotated weekend call
Additional Details:
· Inpatient
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Standard core privileges , General PM&R

Licensure: Active IN license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
