We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Dover, DE. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point/joint injections and Regen med injections. This position will mostly be covering our office in Dover, with potentially 1 day per week covering our office in Smyrna.

Duties:
• Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care- Trigger Point Injections, Joint Injections, Regenerative Medicine (PRP), Orthopedic Bracing, and Medical weight loss management
• Documentation and progress notes
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• NP license in DE
