Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join an established, physician-led Otolaryngology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to build a comprehensive General ENT practice while collaborating with fellowship-trained specialists in a modern, well-equipped environment.
The practice offers state-of-the-art facilities, strong clinical support, and access to advanced technology, allowing physicians to provide exceptional patient care while expanding their clinical interests.
Responsibilities
General Otolaryngology Care
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
Perform a wide range of outpatient and surgical ENT procedures.
Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients.
Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic EMR.
Collaborative Practice
Work alongside an established team of seven ENT physicians.
Collaborate with six Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and three Audiologists.
Participate in a shared physician call schedule.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
Practice Highlights
Practice in two modern outpatient clinics with advanced diagnostic technology.
Access in-suite audiology services, vestibular testing, stroboscopy, ultrasound, and dedicated procedure rooms.
Convenient access to an ambulatory surgery center.

Qualifications Required
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
Active Colorado Medical License or willingness to obtain prior to start.
DEA registration obtained before employment begins.
Commitment to practicing full-time General Otolaryngology.
Strong clinical and surgical skills.
Preferred
Interest or fellowship training in:
Laryngology
Skull Base Surgery
Clean malpractice and professional license history.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: $458,000 – $508,000
Bonus Potential: Quality and/or productivity bonuses may be offered (if applicable)
