Days (6a–6p)
• Sept 8–21 (full two‑week stretch)
Nights (6p–6a)
• Oct 9–12 (finishes 6a on Oct 13)
• Dec 22–28 (finishes 6a on Dec 29)
Days (6a–6p)
• Dec 22–28
Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 12-15
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: TBD

Practice Setting
• Inpatient

Requirements
Providers must have recent stroke care and be up to date on extended-window thrombolytic. Neurology residency training and Neurology board certification is required
· Board Certification: BC Only
· License required: Active WA or IMLC
· DEA: Required
· Fellowship: Required

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
