Job Details:

  • Fellowship-trained neuro-oncologist opportunity within a well-established Cancer Institute and Neurosciences Institute
  • Work closely with the Director of Neuro-Oncology to develop and deliver advanced treatment options through clinical research
  • Provide comprehensive, coordinated clinical care for patients with primary and secondary central nervous system neoplasms and neurologic complications of cancer
  • Join an existing neuro-oncology team that includes 2 APRNs, one RN, one Nurse Navigator, 2 Medical Assistants, and a dedicated neuro-oncology research nurse
  • Participate in a phase 1 unit for early drug development studies
  • Engage system-wide in quality, research, and program development through established disease management teams and medical, radiation, and surgical councils
  • Collaborate with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center through the MSK Cancer Alliance for educational conferences, tumor boards, and research studies
  • Access clinical trials offered through the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology and NRG Oncology
  • M.D. required with board certification or board eligibility in Neurology and Neuro-oncology (UCNS)
