Neurology APP Needed in Bridgeport, CT (will license)

Specialty: Neurology APP
Start Date: 1/4/27
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (1-hour lunch)
Schedule: 40 hours per week and possible weekend coverage

Work Details:
• Support staff: Other APP providers and MD’s
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 FTE, 40 hours per week
• Patients per day: See about 8 patients per day, give or take. Includes new consults and established consults.
• Patient population/age: adults
• Department description: Level II adult trauma center
• EMR: EPIC
• Special procedures: Consult Service
• Skills required: 3 years of neurology experience and doing consult work.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: required – will consider compact
• DEA: required
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 3 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

Willing To License?: YES for providers that are compact
