Neurology APP Assignment in CT - willing to license - 2027 start!

We are currently seeking a neurology APP for an opportunity in CT starting Feb of 2027!

Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 7on/7off Monday - Sunday
Schedule: 12-hour shifts – Nights Only
Work Details:
· Support staff: Chief resident and attending available for calls/support
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 2FTE’s
· Patients per day: 8-12 ppd
· Department description: Level 1 trauma center – No OR or procedural support needed. This position will primarily be at their main campus back filling the providers that will transition over to the new tower. We are building as a float pool just in case we run into a scenario where they need support in the new tower.
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital bed size: 1541
· Special procedures: Lumbar puncture (preferred not required) Arterial/venous access and ultrasound-guided peripheral IV placement (if applicable), Wound assessment and dressing changes; staple/suture removal, Drain management support per protocol (e.g., monitoring outputs and escalating concerns), any other inpatient bedside procedures aligned with departmental privileges
· Skills required: Looking for providers that can hit the floor running so prefer experienced candidates. Providers must be able to do rounding and consults

· Board Certification: required
· State license required: required – compact providers accepted
· DEA: required
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, DEA
· Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
