Hem/Onc Physician needed near Martin KY | Licensing Opportunity | Flexible scheduling

Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months preferred
Shift Details: 8 am–5 pm, clinic with no call
Schedule: 3 days/week is preferred - flexible to 1 week on, 1 week off or alternative schedules

Work Details:
• Support staff: APP support and other MDs
• Patients per day: ~15/day, low volume
• Department description: 60/40 Hem/Onc
• EMR: Meditech
• Locums providers will sit on tumor board
• Approximately 20% new patients / 80% follow-ups.
• High-acuity patients: The practice does not routinely manage high-acuity cases such as acute leukemias on-site; those are typically referred to tertiary centers.

Credentialing approx. 60 days
