Position Overview:
A hospital in Ephrata, Pennsylvania is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a 1099 assignment beginning July 1st. This opportunity includes a mix of weekday rounding/procedures and weekend 24-hour call, with additional General Cardiology coverage on weekends and holidays.

Assignment Highlights:
• Start Date: July 1
• Weekday shifts + night beeper call
• Weekend + holiday 24-hour call coverage
• NP support for rounding
• Opportunity to cover both Interventional & General Cardiology

Schedule Details:
• 7/1 – 7/3: 7a–3p + night beeper call (3p–7a)
• 7/4 – 7/5: 24-hour call (7a–7a)
• Monday–Friday: 8-hour rounding + procedures
• Weekend/Holiday: Call + General Cardiology rounding

Work Details:
• Setting: Hospital
• Patient population: Adult
• Responsibilities: Rounding, procedures, STEMI call
• Weekend coverage includes General Cardiology call
• Average callbacks:

~3 hours/day (Sat/Sun)
~8 hours/day (weekday rounds + procedures)
• Procedures: STEMIs required (no TEEs)
• EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:
• Hospital-based
• NP support available

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or truly BE
• Active Pennsylvania license (IMLC LOQ accepted)
• DEA: Required
• Minimum experience: 1+ year

Additional Info:
• Gratis: 2 hours for 24-hour call
