Job description

A hospital near Kingsport Tennessee is in need of LocumTenens Hospitalists *ASAP*

Job Details:
* Ongoing 7on/7off assignment
* Privileging is 2-3 weeks for locums; 60 days for full privileges
* BC IM or FP
* Full census is between 110-140 patients
* Physicians see between 18-20 patients per day
* NPs admit from the ED day/night
* 6 physicians and 1 NPs during the day; 1 part time Nocturnist 2 NPs at night
* 505 bed facility
* No procedures
* 8am-8pm; must be open to working 9 hours instead of 12 for some shifts
* Physicians rotate carrying the pager and only one of the physicians stays until 8:00 p.m
* Respond to Codes
* Full specialty backup; no transplants or burns
* Open ICU; rounding only
* Epic EMR system
* Paid travel and lodging
* Must be licensed TN candidate
