Assignment Details:
• Start Date: November 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 7a-7p; 7-14 shifts per month
• Call Requirements: No call
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Rural/farm oriented community

Requirements:
• State License: Active PA license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 60 days
