๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ: Provide overnight inpatient care; manage 15โ€“18 patients per shift; run rapid responses and codes; collaborate with ICU providers (ICU managed by intensivists); document in EMR; work alongside APPs and hospital medicine team; ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
