𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲: Physician - Hospitalist
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Syracuse, NY.
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: 7-on/7-off, 12-hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Adult Inpatient
𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Acute Care Hospital
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Provide overnight inpatient care; perform admissions and manage hospitalized patients; conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations; document in EPIC EMR; provide closed ICU overnight rounding on Hospitalist patients; monitor and respond to changes in condition; collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams; coordinate follow-up care upon discharge; deliver high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: Inpatient admissions; overnight hospitalist management; closed ICU rounding
- EMR System: EPIC
- Support Staff: Subspecialty backup and multidisciplinary team
- Days Per Month: 7-on/7-off rotation
- On-Call/Weekends: Weekends included in 7-on/7-off schedule; No additional call

• 7-on / 7-off Nocturnist schedule (7PM–7AM)
• Board Certified OR Truly Board Eligible accepted (IM or FM)
• Strong subspecialty backup within physician-led governance model
