This inpatient facility operates seven days per week within a structured hospitalist coverage model, offering both day and night shift coverage across 12-hour shifts. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with standard hospitalist program protocols.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient hospitalist coverage on an on-site basis, seven days per week, with shifts structured as day (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM) and night (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM). Day shift clinicians are expected to manage 13-15 patients per day, while night shift clinicians manage 8-12 admissions per night. No call responsibilities are required outside of assigned shift hours. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this locum tenens assignment.
