This is a 443-bed community teaching hospital serving patients throughout central Connecticut. The facility combines the close-knit environment of a community hospital with strong clinical resources and specialty support, offering hospitalists access to a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team and a diverse, clinically interesting patient population.

Physician - Hospital Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to Internal Medicine patients
• Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers
• Manage a broad range of acute and complex medical conditions
• Participate in rapid response and hospital-wide clinical initiatives as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment
• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility required
• Strong clinical and communication skills required
