We are seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join an established team at a Level I Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to provide patient-centered inpatient care while working alongside an experienced hospitalist team in a collaborative environment.
Position Highlights- Full-time or part-time opportunities
- 7-on/7-off schedule
- Opportunity for additional moonlighting shifts
- Annual compensation of $Sign up or sign in for contact information;$385,000, based on shifts worked
- Additional productivity and quality bonus opportunities
- Moonlighting premium for additional shifts
- Team of approximately 50 physicians and 10 APPs
- Level I Trauma Center
- Closed ICU environment
- No procedures required
- Epic EMR
- Strong physician leadership and opportunities for committee involvement
- Provide inpatient hospitalist care
- Round on and admit patients during scheduled shifts
- Participate in the Rapid Response team for your patients
- Collaborate with hospital colleagues across departments
- Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to efforts focused on length of stay, readmissions, regulatory compliance, and patient safety
- Attend monthly hospitalist team meetings
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- ACLS certification required
- Strong teamwork and patient-centered approach
- Comfortable with inpatient rounding and admissions
