Board Certified - Hospitalist - OB

Job Details:

• Per Diem opportunities available for OB/GYN Hospitalists in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area
• 24-hour in-house shifts required
• Worksites include two Honorhealth locations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area
• Board Certification in OB/GYN is required
• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC compact eligibility required
• Minimum of one year post-residency clinical experience required
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
• Self-Query NPDB required, pulled within 30 days of submission
• Completed Prescreen Questionnaire required at time of submission
