Job description

Hospitalist APP needed in Lebanon, IN:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 7 on 7 off; 12 hour shifts
• Call Requirements: None
• Patient Volume: 29 per day
• Patient Population: Adults/Geriatrics
• EMR: Meditech Express
• Job Details: General/Medsurg, ICU patients (vents, pressores, lines, etc)

Requirements:
• State License: Active IN license required
• Certifcations: ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 60 Days
