This 190-bed inpatient facility maintains an average daily census of 110 patients and supports a steady volume of 1520 daily admissions. The hospital operates with established hospitalist protocols to ensure quality inpatient medical care delivery. The facility seeks locum tenens coverage on an ongoing basis to maintain continuous operations.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during day shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM) and night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM), rounding on approximately 1618 patients per day. Clinicians will manage inpatient medical conditions and coordinate care within the hospital setting on an on-site basis. No call responsibilities are required outside of assigned shift hours. Board certification is required for this position.
