Aya Locums is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a well-established Hospitalist Program in a busy inpatient setting. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling across days, nights, and weekends with strong clinical support and comprehensive onboarding.

Position Highlights
• Specialty: Hospitalist APP
• Setting: Inpatient Hospital Program
• Schedule: Days, Nights, and Weekends
• Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Orientation Includes: EMR training and shadow shift

Facility Details
• 190-bed hospital
• Average daily census: 110 patients
• Daily admissions: 15–20

Provider Expectations
• Average patient load: 16–18 patients per shift
• Collaborative inpatient environment
• Strong clinical support team

Candidate Requirements
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Hospitalist/Inpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable working varied schedules including nights and weekends
• Case logs required for credentialing

Credentialing Information
• Temporary privileges may be available and can be pushed when needed
• Streamlined onboarding process available
