Location: 30 minutes outside of the city of Richmond, Virginia! Facility: Community health care provider, a 300-bed facility located on a 50-acre campus with nearly 400 physicians representing more than 40 specialties. Opportunity: Will start on May 1st! 5-24 hour shifts per month. Accepting Locum and Locum to Perm Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: based on patients coming into the ER. Trauma Level/Designation: III Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Number of Operating Rooms: 9 Number of General Surgeons in Practice: Required Procedures: General Surgical Cases ADULT General Surgical Cases TRAUMA Laser Certification Chest Wall/Pleural Procedures Central Line Insertion PA Catheter Placement Ventilation Management Chest Tube Insertion Aneurysm repairs Abdominal, Peripheral, Vascular Access Devices AV Shunt Cholecystectomy Nissen Fundoplication Hernioplasty Upper, Lower, Sigmoidoscopy & Colonoscopy Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
