Specialty: APP-General Surgery (NP or PA)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: ongoing (will also consider locums to perm)
Shift Details: 7a-7:30pm
Schedule: 3 nights per week, typically sometime between Wed-Sat night, Prefer fully open, but will work with what they can offer

Work Details:
· Support staff: Other APPs on service, but in OR there will be RNs, Care Management, and Gen Surg Residents
· Patients per day: 10-15
· Patient population/age: 18+yrs old
· EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
· State license required: Yes, Maryland
· Board Certification: Required
· DEA: yes
· CSR: yes
· Certifications required: ACLS,
· Minimum experience required: 1 year with consult experience.
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
