General Surgery/Bariatric Surgery PA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed 60-90 days, committed to expedite as quickly as possible
6 months, ongoing- possibility for perm employment at completion of assignment if desired
Shift Details: 40 hrs/week, 4 10’s or 8 5’s

Work Details:
• Support Staff: Surgeons, 1 PA, 2 NP’s
• Patients per day: 10-20 on clinic days
• Will assist surgeon to ensure efficient patient flow. Common cases in OR are hernia repair, gastric cancer, EGD, weight loss. Mix of OR days and clinic days- will also have one day of admin work.
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills Required: Willing to train the right candidate

Practice Setting:
• Clinic
• Hospital

Travel Logistics:
• Local candidates preferred.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Active CA license
• DEA: Required
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days- urgent need- will expedite as quickly as possible
