Spend the winter and early spring practicing in a hospital-based Gastroenterology assignment in New York’s scenic North Country, with a primarily daytime schedule and a defined 6-month commitment.

## Position Overview

A hospital-based department is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a temporary assignment providing coverage from October 2026 through April 2027. This role offers a structured daytime schedule, competitive compensation, and the chance to practice near Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks.

## Compensation

* $375–$425 per hour
* Holiday rate: 1.5x

## Assignment Details

* October 5, 2026–April 5, 2027
* 6-month contract
* 7:00 AM–5:30 PM shifts
* Up to 48 hours per week
* 1-hour unpaid lunch break
* Call and weekend coverage as needed
* Provider will work 2 of 4 winter holidays
* All requested time off must be included with presentation
