This 263-bed acute care hospital employs over 1,100 staff and provides comprehensive services including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, cardiology, stroke care, radiology, and oncology. The facility holds certification as a primary stroke center by DNV-GL and maintains dedicated inpatient and operating room capabilities to support a broad range of cases. Additional services include inpatient adult behavioral health, neurological, and rehabilitation programs.

About the clinician's workday

The gastroenterologist will provide comprehensive gastroenterology coverage across inpatient, outpatient, clinic, and OR settings on a day shift schedule Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call coverage is required, with clinicians covering a Monday-to-Monday rotation from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Clinical responsibilities include managing gastroenterology cases across all designated settings in accordance with the facility's established protocols. Board certification in Gastroenterology is required for this on-site locum tenens assignment. Locum-to-permanent candidates are welcome.
