This well-established medical center in Bay City serves the greater Saginaw Bay region and provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community. The facility offers strong hospitalist support, two colorectal surgeons in the community, and a conveniently located GI clinic less than half a mile from the hospital.

Physician - Gastroenterology

Job Details:

• Provide Gastroenterology coverage with 24-hour call in Bay City, Michigan through 2026
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7am - 7am (24-hour coverage); Friday 7am - 7pm (12-hour coverage)
• No weekend call required
• ERCP is required
• Hospitalist support available on-site
• Two colorectal surgeons available in the community
• GI clinic located less than half a mile from the hospital
• Active Michigan medical license required (IMLC accepted only when dates are 60+ days out with proof of LOQ)
• Board certification required
• Active DEA license required at time of start
• NPDB self-query required at time of presentation (must be pulled within 30 days)
• Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Doc Time; no timesheets will be approved
• Ongoing need for coverage with an anticipated start as soon as possible
