PRN Emergency Medicine Locum Need in West Virginia!

Location:– Kingwood, WV
Specialty: Emergency Medicine
Start Date: December
Contract Length: PRN coverage

Shift Details:
• PRN shifts (varies each month)
• 12-hour shifts

Work Details:
• Support Staff: APPs available from 11 AM – 11 PM
• Coverage Needed: PRN pool of providers; looking to credential multiple providers to pick up shifts as needed
• Patients per Day: Approximately 28
• Patient Population: All ages
• Department Description: 25-bed facility with an 8-bed ED, including fast track and 4 hallway beds as needed
• EMR: CPSI
• Special Procedures: No inpatient rounding required, but must respond to in-house codes

Practice Setting:
• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: EM board-certified preferred
• State License: WV license preferred or IMLC
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, ATLS
• Experience: If not EM board-certified, must have 5 years of EM experience

Credentialing Timeframe:60-90 days
Willing to License: Yes
