New Locums Emergency Medicine Need in TX!

Job Post: Emergency Medicine Physician - *MULTIPLE FACILITIES!!*
START MONTH: ASAP

ESTIMATED LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Now – August 2025 (potential for extension)

PROVIDERS NEEDED:
Looking for 12-14 shifts a month (12-hour shifts) covered per month.
Prefer night shift coverage but willing to consider a split of days/nights.
Minimum Shifts Acceptable: 3-4 shifts.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Will accept ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS or other BCs
FNP – ANCC, AANP or other BCs
Must be boarded or eligible in Emergency Medicine
Residency Trained Requirements: EM
Certifications Required:
EM eligible: Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
EM Boarded: ACLS and PALS required to be current, ATLS can be expired but will need a copy of the card.

MDDO Physician and APP
NPPA SHIFT TIMES: 11 AM - 9 PM
ANNUAL VOLUME: 23,000
PATIENTS PER DAY: 22
TRAUMA LEVEL DESIGNATION: Level 4

ED BEDS & FAST TRACK BEDS:
15 ED Beds
3 Fast Track Beds

EMR SYSTEM: PICIS

ACTIVE STATE LICENSE REQUIRED: Active TX or Compact License Required

CREDENTIALING TIMEFRAME: 90+ days
