Emergency Med Physician in TN - PRN and new grads welcome!

Job description

We are currently seeking an emergency med physician for an opportunity in Hendersonville, TN!

✅ Work details:

Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 1 year

This position is PRN – you can pick up shifts whenever you can or choose whatever is open at the facility! (Both Days and Nights will be available throughout the assignment)

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Days, Mids, Nights); No Call
Orientation: 2-day shadowing/orientation

Emergency privileges available for qualified candidates with a clean file
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Facility Overview:
159-bed hospital
Not a Trauma Center
Accredited Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center
Average ED acuity
Average daily ED census: 108 patients
Average daily admissions: 17

Staffing: 1–2 EM physicians per shift plus APPs
Support Staff
Nurses
ED Technicians

📌Requirements:
• License required: TN state license in hand
• DEA: yes
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
ABEM Board Certified/Eligible required
New graduates welcome
Standard Emergency Medicine procedures required
Case logs required (specific requirements TBD)
