Start Date: January 1, 2025 or as soon as credentialed!
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift Details:
7 x 12
Schedule: 7 days a week, 8-12 hours shifts

Work Details:
Support staff: Varies by facility; see facility-specific details.
Amount of coverage needed per month: 7, 12-hour shifts per week
Patient population/age: All Ages
Department description: Emergency Medicine
EMR: Cerner
Hospital bed size: Varies
Skills required: Provider must be at the clinic during infusion(s).

Board Certification: Yes, Emergency Medicine
State license required: Yes, State of PA (Will consider licensing)
DEA: Yes
CSR: No
Certifications required: BLS
Minimum experience required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
