Need: Days and Nights
MD/APP: MD only
License: Must have Active NM License
Board Cert: ABEM required
Cred Timeframe: 120 Days
Needing 4-5 doctors to add to their rotations
Heli service
30 ED beds
4 ICU beds
Open ICU
EMR is Epic with training available
26000 Annual Volume
10% admission rate
No Peds admitted
Hours:
7a-7p
2p-11p
7p-7a
APP on staff as well during the day (coverage from 9a-12a)
Will respond to floor codes
Backup: ANES, CT, CARD, MRI, Mobile Crisis, IM, RAD, OB/GYN, ORTHO, POD, PSYCH, Ultra Sound, GASTRO, GENSURG, HEM/ONC, NEPH, NEURO, PAIN, PATH, PEDS
Doctors do not need to be certified in EM, but a training plan would need to be set in place by the Medical Director on site with a required completion date of 6 months post granted privileges.
BC/BE with BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
Credentialing is 3-4 months, but they're working to reduce that timeframe
