When bidding please provide the following:- Providers availability for interview with the medical director (required before confirmation). Provide at least
2 WEEKS worth of availability, the more the better. I'm trying to match a very busy medical directors
schedule- Provide the providers actual monthly availability. THEY MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 12 HOUR SHIFTS- Preference will be given to providers who can work blocks of shifts and weekends and Sign up or sign in for contact information provide copies of active license to ensure clean background. If I have to go through and check all
this it will delay things. I've already found a few that did not disclose.
