• December 2024 start
• 7100 volume
• Preference is 24 hour shifts
• 8am-8pm/ 8pm-8am also available
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• All in rate- send your best
Other Requirements
• Active state license
• CS, DEA with IL address
• BC in EM, IM, FM does not accept ABPS
• CME past 2 years
• copies of education training diplomas
• Complete hospital provider enrollment forms, original mailed to MSO
