Family Nurse Practitioner

- 4 Openings (Panacea, Madison, Quincy, and Crestview)

-Full time, permanent position

- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, no call

- Must see all ages

- Will consider New Grads

- EMR: Tablet provided, transitioning to LUMEN

Requirements:

- State License: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
